How much does it cost to have Billie Cart at our event?

Every event is different and for that reason we can’t provide a set price. However, we can work with you to customise a package that suits your budget. Contact us via our contact form, email, or Facebook¬†for a personalised quote. We look forward to hearing from you soon!

Our event is not in Perth, does Billie Cart travel?

Billie’s home base is in Perth, however Billie does enjoy a road trip. We are happy to travel to most W.A regions, just get in contact with us!

Do you sell alcohol?

Billie Cart Bar-A-Van is BYO and does not sell alcohol. All alcohol to be served must be purchased and provided by you. We are more than happy to help you with organising suppliers. Alternatively, you can supply all the alcohol independently from your choice of supplier, it’s really up to you! We can also help you with deciding how much alcohol you will need for your event.

Does Billie Cart need power?

Yes, Billie needs power. We normally run Billie off a local power source, and this is usually available at most venues. Don’t worry, if your venue doesn’t have power we can arrange a generator.

Are Billie Cart’s staff trained?

Yes, of course! Billie’s staff all hold Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) Certificates and are trained to provide the best possible service for your event. In addition to this, Billie Cart’s staff are a fun and bubbly bunch and will ensure you and your guests have a good time. Sip, sip, hooray!

Do you have public liability insurance?

Yes, we sure do!

How big is Billie Cart?

Billie is a perfect size for events. She has plenty of bar space, allowing us to service larger events without any problems. Her dimensions are (L) 4.6m (W) 2.2m (H) 2.5m

Like us, Billie loves to party! We are available for a range of events including, weddings, corporate events, private parties, hens nights, bucks nights, baby showers……..and the list goes on and on. Get in touch with us we would love to hear about your event.
